Rental conditions

For persons:
1. When renting for the first time, an inventory rental agreement is concluded;
2. The landlord must provide a valid identity document;
3. The lessor signs the consent for physical verification of personal data in the creditinfo system;
4. It is necessary to leave a deposit for the rented equipment. The amount of the deposit is determined after evaluating the customer’s credit history. The deposit can be left in cash or by bank transfer (after paying for the rent, the deposit is returned in cash immediately, the deposit by bank transfer is returned within 1-2 working days).
5. The returned tool after the rental must be clean and tidy, fully equipped, i.e. as received from the Landlord. The person must inform an employee of Úrankis.lt about tool failures;
6. Upon returning the tool, the person must pay the agreed rental fee by bank card or cash;
7. The employee has the right not to issue the equipment to the Lessor if he refuses to provide the necessary documents, pay a deposit or has debts.
8. The equipment must be returned by 10:00 a.m. the following day. (not to count the next day).
9. For privats, the rental fee is calculated for weekdays from Monday to Saturday, Sunday is not included in the price. For example, if you pick up the tools on Friday after 3:30 p.m. and return them on Monday by 10:00 a.m., you only pay for one rental day. For legal entities, the rental fee is calculated for 5 days a week – from Monday to Friday..
10. Working hours/rates:

• The working day of the rented equipment/machinery is 8 hours/day.
• When working more than 8 hours/day, 12.5% of the rental price of the specific piece of equipment is paid for each additional hour.

11. When returning diesel, heavy equipment from 800 kg +, the customer can return it with a full tank of fuel or pay for the fuel consumed.
12. Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services. Payments are available in EUR currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform. You can also pay by bank transfer by choosing the advance account option or pay on site with a bank card or in cash.
