Before issuing each tool, our mechanics will show you all the functions of the tool and how to use it.

Equipment must be returned by 10:00 a.m. the next business day. (if the time is exceeded – the calculation starts as a new rental day).

If the equipment breaks down, you should notify your manager as soon as possible about the failure or take the equipment back to the warehouse. The warehouse/mechanic determines whether the fault is due to the customer’s fault or not. If it is not the customer’s fault, then we change to another working tool. If the customer is to blame for the failure, the damage is assessed and the customer must pay for it at his own expense.

Individuals – if the equipment is picked up on Friday from 4 p.m. and returned on Monday before 10 a.m., the customer pays only for one day. Weekends and holidays are not counted.

Legal entities – for companies, tool rental is not calculated on weekends and non-working days.

Individuals:

• When renting for the first time, an inventory rental agreement is concluded;
• The lessor must provide a valid identity document;
• The lessor signs consent for the physical verification of personal data in the Credit Info system;
• Before renting the tool – a deposit of 10% of the value of the tool is requested.

Legal entities:

• A tool rental agreement is being prepared. After evaluating the company’s credit history, the appropriate payment term is assigned.
• The equipment rental agreement must be signed by the company director or an authorized person.
